Refund Policy

At UPPCHAR, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our users. However, due to the nature of our service (providing simplified explanations of medical reports), we have established the following refund policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service is rendered — that is, once we have provided the simplified explanation of your medical report — no refunds will be issued. This is because our services are delivered digitally and are considered consumed upon completion.
2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
We understand that technical errors or issues may occasionally occur. Therefore, we may provide a refund or alternative solutions in the following situations:
Technical Failure: If there is a technical issue on our part that results in non-delivery or a delay in delivering the report explanation, we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
Incomplete Service Due to Poor Quality Uploads: If the uploaded medical report is unreadable, corrupted, or too poor in quality to be properly analyzed, we may offer one revision attempt. However, no refunds will be provided if the issue is due to poor quality documents uploaded by the user.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to any of the reasons listed above, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction completion. You can reach us at:

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is granted, it will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Service Modifications or Cancellations
Cancellations: If the service has not yet been rendered (i.e., we haven’t begun processing your medical report), you may request to cancel the service and receive a full refund. Once our services are initiated, cancellations will not be accepted.
Modifications: If you need to modify the medical report you submitted (e.g., submitting a different report for explanation), please contact our support team. However, additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
6. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we suspect abuse or misuse of the refund policy. Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently claim a refund will result in immediate suspension of services and potential legal action.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to provide a refund or service in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters,
Internet outages,
Server failures,
Acts of war, or
Any event beyond our reasonable control.
