All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Once a payment is made and the report explanation is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of a technical error or non-delivery, users must contact support within 48 hours of transaction completion.
In cases of incomplete service due to illegible or poor-quality reports, we may offer one revision, but refunds will not be provided.

By using our services, you explicitly consent to:
